New and Confused

Hi, I just added myself yesterday and I don't quite understand... I want just 1 child and I pray every day and try to conceive. I was Gay for a very long time and cheated myself now im kissing fourty and..... my last cycle was in sept the 6th-11th and it is now the 13 of October and I have spotted very lightly a few days ago but nothing really since... it says my next cycle is in 23days. But in that case what happened to this October cycle??? Should I be concerned?
