Tmi!!! Nipples

Maybe to much info. But im sure everyone on here knows that stinky smell of belly button skin or what u would get from peircings etc. Is anyone else experiencing this white stuff on and around there nipples that smells like this after a few hours. Im having to wash my nipples constantly its so irritating and annoying. What is it
