Wat going on w/ my body

Stephanie • I`m 32 years old, i have a 8 year old lil grl n now I`m ready to start on my sec baby.
I started spotting first day then stop,2 day same way ,3 day I had blood clot then it stop? Then 4 day spotting then it was over! Wats going on. Plz help
