12w0d - Wondering about twins

I'm 12w0d and this is my 3rd baby. This pregnancy is so different that I'm starting to wonder. I haven't had a sono because I'm not comfortable with the risks of having them done in the 1st trimester. What are some symptoms that other multiple mom's are having? I'm a hungry hippo. I'm putting away close to 3500 calories a day and have gained only a couple of pounds but I've got a bump. I wasn't sick initially but now that I'm 12 weeks I'm sick every day. I also keep dreaming of twins which is weird. Im over 30 and twins are common in my family. I go to my mw tomorrow and she and I will talk about it but I'm curious what other moms have had going on.
