Constipation remedies/ advice?

Anyone got any any advice on how to rid of constipation? I've been dealing with it all day and I just want to get it all out if you know what I mean. It's driving me nuts ha ha.

One cup prune juice before breakfast and drinking lots of water throughout the day worked way better than anything for me. Plus it's safer than laxatives or stool softners.

Prune juice ? Seems safe to drink while pregnant. It helped me before. Drink some prune juice and go for a walk😬 Good luck.

I had this issue tonight!! I was crying cuz it was so bad. So I went to a store and talked to the pharmacist. Metamucil is safe and will help you be regular. And senecot which is a stool softener is safe as well. After taking those I went to the bathroom 1.5 hours later and feel fantastic. I will keep taking Metamucil daily since I'm not getting enough fibre.

Thanks! I've been walking and drinking water but what really helped was the juice!!! Life saver!! I feel so much better ha ha
