Heavy spotting on cd28 could it be implantation?

I have pcos and usually my cycles are 45-60 days. I woke up on cd28 and thought I started af but I haven't had anymore bleeding, not even spotting.. Could it be implantation bleeding? I think I had an positive opk on cd16
