When we first started trying to conceive. I've had two other children and it didn't take long with them, so when we decided to start trying again we started buying diapers and wipes here and there. Good thing we did, we conceived twins

Due to the miscarriage last year.  I wanted to wait until the sex in the second trimester on case of anything horrible to happen.  But I'm  25 weeks now.  Hope God will stay by my side.

With my first born I started shopping around the beginning of my second trimester. Now I have overactive thyroids so I am considered high risk and haven't bought a thing yet. I'm 20 weeks 2 days now, and will probably wait until beginning of January to purchase everything. I have been putting funds aside for everything and picked out furniture sets and nursery sets, but aside from the huggies natural wipes in bulk (my son is 2 and uses those as well) I haven't purchased a thing yet. I don't want to have things around and something happen, I know to many people who got very far along and lost a child. It's harder to cope while looking at the baby's things.

Eh im 28 weeks and we have 3 outfits, im expecting a 32-34 weeker at most, so I figure not worth buying anything until she is here and home from the hospital.

As soon as I found out I was pregnant. Each paycheck will buy diapers and wipes. When we get closer to the due date then I will add formula to the mix.

I was maybe 8 weeks when I bought my first baby item. And continued to by little things here and there. At the very end of my first trimester I bought a changing table. Because I found one used for $12, I couldn't pass that up. As I plan on painting it and didn't want to spend a billion dollars. Now I'm 18 weeks 3 days and I still buy things every now and then when I feel like it. I don't have much, but I have some. People have already started purchasing things off of our registry. The cribs are on their way I believe. It's never too early. Just don't go crazy, remember you will get gifts. And stick to gender neutral items if buying early on. And also make sure whatever you buy can be returned 😊 do what makes YOU happy. Enjoy YOUR pregnancy how you wish!
