Twin Names

So I could be carrying multiple babies. I'm 5 weeks and look like I am 3+ months already!! Twins run in my family as well. If we have a boy we are going to name him Roy. If it's a girl we are going to name her Stella. If it's two boys I have no idea what would be cute to go with Roy. Same with if it's two girls, but I'm thinking maybe Stella and Starla. Any input on what to name the second boy, or second girl would be greatly appreciated!!
