Do dollar Tree pregnancy tests work??

I took a dollar tree $1.00 test about 3 days before expected period & it came back negative. I'm now a day late.. Did I test too early or????

I took one 3 day before expected period and I got a vvf line. Tested one day before and got a positive.

I got my first positive test last pregnancy at 9dpo with an $.88 test from Walmart (which is basically the same as the dollar store tests). It just depends on the person and the pregnancy as to when the test will be able to pick it up. They definitely work though :) good luck!
