Little TMI spotting and more.

I haven't been feeling we'll obviously pregnancy about 9 weeks an 2 days , went to the ER for bleeding with clots but stopped and then they showed me my beautiful baby with a heart rate of 164 . Now I am on medicine for a UTI they said was safe during pregnancy. Now here comes the TMI , it's been 4 days sense the trip to the ER I ate some food I puked when I came home , and then had probably the worst diareah I've ever had in my life ... Straight water . But I've had this issue sense the pregnancy started . Now I've had 2 MC before I guess my question is has anyone has spotting very light and pink after a bowl movement ? I appreciate any info any experiences I would love to hear about it , maybe ease my mind until my apointment next Tuesday . Thank you !
