Does anyone have Crohns Disease?

Just wondering how getting pregnant and how the pregnancy goes. I've had 2 miscarriages so I'm not sure if it's even possible.

I have Crohn's disease and I'm on entyvio I've been ttc over a year now. My gi told me I need to wait 6 months after my last flare up. I've had it since I was 7.

I have ulcerative colitis. And I'm in baby number 2! I had no symptoms with my first. Actually, I wasn't diagnosed until after I had her. About a year and a half to be exact.... So far I haven't had any flares during this pregnancy either. And I don't need meds for it! As far as i be read, most symptoms disappear during pregnancy, but come back after. Not all the time, but it some cases.

To be honest, my Dr even told me, I need to make sure I am in remission before trying to get pregnant... Because it could lead to miscarriages... I would talk to your Dr, and GI!

I have Crohn's disease. I have a 2 yr old boy. When I was pregnant most of my symptoms went away. Before I got pregnant I read that with Crohn's pregnancy can either make symptoms better, make them worse, or you may see no change at all. The best time would be if you are rarely showing symptoms. I had a flare about 3-4 months after baby was born. You should talk to your doctor before getting pregnant to see what medicine is safe while pregnant. I was on remicade up until about 6 months and was started on Cimzia in my 7th month. My baby boy is healthy. If possible I plan to try to have 1 more within the next year or so.

I have crohns disease was diagnosed seven years ago sent into remission about a month after I was diagnosed thanks to lovely remicaide now I have a two year old and a four month old but believe I'm having a flare up now.

My miscarriages happened a year before I was diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I've had Crohns for at least 2 years. I take imuran, lialda, and prednisone. I just want this flare to stop. I started having symptoms in February and it seems like it just won't quit. The docs are starting to wonder if my body isn't absorbing the meds.
