Seizure disorder!!!

i am 10 weeks and 3 days today. i am concerned about the fact that i have a seizure disorder and being pregnant. i am working closely with my neurologist and obstetrician but i wanted to ask anyone else who has been through this kind of pregnancy. i need words of encouragement and if anyone can tell me how their pregnancy went or is going. i am on a seizure medication and prescription folic acid btw. please help ease my mnd. thank u.
