Paranoid

Hello! I've recently started birth control, (the first week of last month) and I've taken it everyday at the same time no matter what. But I've had unprotected sex about twice or three times since then. The first two times were oct 10-12 and the latest time was today. (My last period ended on the 10th of October as well) Right now since it's my first package I'm on the second last placebo pill but my period already came so I'm just spotting I believe? Anyways my questions are as follows, is this spotting normal for when you take the placebo pills but have already finished your period and is there any chance of me being or becoming pregnant? (The first two times he did not pull out, today however he did)
