Lease is up on due date

My due date is April 15th and our lease is up the very next day. We were already planning on moving somewhere more affordable where we could potentially have more space and DH agreed to signing a new lease elsewhere in March. But the more I think about it the more I worry about going into labor early or having problems leading up to my due date (my mother had low amniotic fluid toward the end with me and my three siblings, but that's probably my own paranoia), or just this generally being an enormous hassle and huge source of stress. Is it worth talking to management to see if we can break our lease sooner? Or should our original plan be fine?
