Help with a haircut! Please!

I can't decide and I've had my brown long straight hair for forever. Its just plain long there really isn't anything else to my hair except faded blonde highlights that you can't really even tell its there..but I can't really decide what would go with my face or what cut to get?  Please help! *dont advise me to get anything with unnatural colored highlights or haircolor only Because my job prohibits me from doing so- also no perms!
