How do I tell my husband I lost the baby?

I just had my US at 9w 3d and they couldn't find the heartbeat. How do I tell my husband when I can't even say the words myself?

With our baby we lost in June we had been monitored for a few weeks before the doctor called me and told me baby had died at 12 weeks. I just texted my husband because we both had a feeling but we're in denial. He came home from work and we just sat on the couch and cried together while our daughter was at my moms house. It's still one of the times I've never felt closer to my husband. Just do whatever you need to, to let him know that you need him.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My boyfriend didn't seem to care when we lost not only one but two babies. I felt so alone. I hope you get the support you deserve. There's no easy way to tell him. You just have to lean on each other.

{{hugs}} I miscarried my first pregnancy. That's not something I would wish in anyone. As far as telling your husband being honest would work the best. My husband got to the Drs office moments after I found out and I can't remember how I told him but it was better for me after I did.
