Carpal tunnel

I've had really bad carpal tunnel and swelling the last few weeks of pregnancy so after birth I was expecting it to subside immediately but it hasn't. The swelling got much worse following delivery but goes down a little each day-so happy there!   However I still feel numbness in both hands pretty severely which makes it hard to do anything like change diapers and outfits. I was told both would go away over time, but possibly a few more weeks but I'm really hoping that my hands get back to normal soon 😟
