Not sure what's going on

So last month I think I may have had a chem pregnancy I felt pregnant and had many symptoms but started bleeding 10 days before period was due and lost all symptoms now this month I'm 10 days late have taken 2 test both negative and am now having milky white discharge looks like lotion in water just moved do no doctor to see and no insurance yet any thoughts I'll take anything at this point
