Lactation Support Supplements
Has anyone tried these? A friend recommended them to me today and I went and got them. She went from 20 ish oz a day to 50 oz using this. Anyone else try this one?
My almost one month old LO drinks about 20 to 22 oz a day. I'm pumping about 23 oz a day so I'm barely keeping up with her. I'm worried about being able to keep up when her demand increases so I wanted to up my supply before I truly need to and build my freezer stash back up.
