I can't believe myself, please help?

So I was looking at this post where women were sharing their pregnant bellies and I decided I wanted to share mine.

This was my thought, "I should enjoy this and share it before I miscarry and don't have it anymore."

I don't want to miscarry, from being on this app for almost a year all I see is losses before I got pregnant I thought I'd miscarry because of it and wrote posts about it. This is my first baby.

It's like it's already set in my head, I'm terrified

Your not alone I think this way too.. I think we all do In the back of our mind. But you have to remember that you are not those women and that everyone's bodies are different.. I think thinking like this is just another way of you now being a mother, even if baby isn't in your arms you still have that thought of wanting to know if your child is okay. Do you believe in God? If you do pray about it, it'll ease your thinking, And if you don't I'm telling you that what your going through is apart of motherhood and that your not alone.Congratulations you're a mother 💛🎉

I felt that way through my 1st trimester with my first kid and then again with this pregnancy. Once into my 2nd trimesters I just kept reminding myself that the chance of miscarriage after 1st trimester is extremely low. It took a good 3 wks into my 2nd trimester with both pregnancies to shake that fear and anxiety. Now I am just not letting my thoughts go there. I don't want to go through this whole experience afraid. I'm going to celebrate the little stuff and I'm so thankful just even BE pregnant again. I had 2 miscarriages in the past couple of yrs. both in 1st trimester. I'm just beyond thankful now for every day I'm preggo and taking it in a day by day basis.

While I was in my first trimester I would start every story off with... "If everything works out..." or something similar because I wanted to be semi-prepared if I miscarried. Everyone would reassure me that everything is going to be fine but it was hard to be excited about anything because I was so terrified of miscarrying (even though I've never had one). I'm a "prepare for the worst and hope for the best" kind of person, so I have to know and prepare for the worst case scenario.
