Non-consensual ejaculation
Does anyone know if there are any rights if a person has a man forcefully ejaculate within the body when that was not the original intention? Yes I know that if you have sex there is always a chance and the pullout method isn't reliable. I don't think it's rape but at the same time I'm not sure that it's legal because he's taking away the right for the other person to choose if they want to it or not.
Update: I'm talking specifically about after consensual sex has started holding her down and say "I'm going to get your pregnant" and not giving her the opportunity to get out of the situation either.... I honestly don't know what to call it
