Concieving with fibroids

I wanted to knownif any of you ladies have concieve with fibroids. I have 3 and my GYN doesn't think they will stop me from conceiving. We have been trying for over 1 1//2years now. AF came yesterday and i was so depressed. I'm starting to consider acupuncture as i feel that the one in my uterus is actually a problem. Any suggestions or stories would really help. Thanks ladies.
