False negative?

Has anyone had a false negative from a blood test. I would be roughly 4 weeks and the test came back bfn. I'm having crazy symptoms and I'm 12dpo. Just wanting to know if I should wait and retest or not?

Blood tests are pretty accurate. I've never heard of a false negative from blood before.

Implantation occurs 6-12 days after Ovulation (most implant between day 7 and 10) and a blood test will come back positive within 2 days of implantation.  Assuming you have a 14 day luteal phase, 4 weeks would put you at a weak but real positive.  FWIW, I did a blood test at exactly 4 weeks (tracked Ovulation with basal body temp) and I was at over 200 already, 25 is considered pregnant.
