After ovulation

Immediately the day after I ovulate I feel the pang of my period even though it's not due in two weeks so I don't get two weeks just one day . I got a tubal reversal 08/14 and since then my body has gone haywire I was barely bleeding barely having any cm . And I feel like I've tried everything including natural practices I'm feeling like its never gonna happen it's frustrating has anyone had a tubal reversal
