Sinus issues 36+4

I have a long standing problem with my sinuses. I generally get at least 2 sinus infections a year and have since I was very young. Usually one the beginning of spring and one in the fall/winter. I didn't have one the beginning of spring this year (woohoo!) I feel one coming on now though :/ Anyone else have this issue while pregnant? Any suggestions on how to safely ward it off? The last thing I want is to be sick when I bring my baby into this world...
