OTC sperm test

My husband took an OTC male fertility sperm test, and the result came back negative (e.g. He does not have 20 mill sperm per milliliter). We are trying to get a complete sperm analysis done, but we're having trouble getting in touch with our Doctor. Has one/ anyone's husband gotten this result before and it turned out to be ok? What did you do? Thanks!
