My doc told me to be drinking milk every day otherwise I'd have to start taking a calcium supplement. 1 glass a day and then snack on cheese. I can't drink too much anyway cause it makes me feel sick. Like anything it must be done in moderation

Not really depends. If you are prone to sugar problems, milk can be a real issue. It also isn't very good for acid reflux as it is an acid not a base. However it has always been a good source of vitamin d and calcium.
