10 days of Femara and no follicles?!

I was on Femara CD 3-7, on CD13 RE found one 10mm follicle on right ovary (couldn't find left ovary), & put me on a higher dose CD 13-18. I had a pos opk CD 19 (yesterday), vag. ultrasound today, and no follicles to be found! No sign of ovulation on rt. side, and left ovary still MIA. Could I still possibly ovulate on left side, or am I SOL this month?
