Thoughts please!??

According to glow I just entered my fertile window.. I took an ovulation test earlier today and the line was close to being positive but not quite there... this afternoon I started spotting very light pink mixed with CM and had bad cramps I researched and it said that could mean my egg was released so I took another ovulation test and the result is no where near close to my other I took this morning??? Did I not ovulate?? Why am I spotting?? I don't expect AF til November 11
