Social anxiety?
Help!!! Since I've been a stay at home mom I don't really get out much or see some friends. Before I had no problems being out in big crowds, restaurants, crowded places, concerts etc. Now, I get all nervous and anxious, where I get too nervous my legs feel weak and I feel like I'm going pass out. I guess from being too nervous. Idk what to do, maybe it's cause I don't get out at all. My girlfriends invite me out dancing but I never go I don't wanna ruin their night by me having a panic attack or something. Sucks I feel helpless and my bf keeps telling me to just get out there more. But the thing that stops me is what happens if i go then I end up passing out . I'll be so humiliated. Miss my old self. How should I handle this
