Fertilization occurs but not implantion??

Question

Why is it that i will get a postive pregnancy test and then the day of my period or 2 to 3 days after ill start bleeding? What can cause our baby not to implant? Has anyone went through this. Im going to maternal fetal medicine on the 27th to make sure im all okay. If anyone had this preoblem can u let me know how and if its fixable

You know what….ive had this happen two different months of me trying. My period was late both times and I def had a positive pregnancy test. Faint but positive. I’ve never figured it out but deep within myself I always figured it was a very early miscarriage both times

Same thing has happened to me twice. Doctors didn't help at all. I'm trying progesterone cream bc I think it might be that. I don't know!

Well they did blood work and it was only at 7 and she said anything 5 and under is negative and this is a very heavy period and cramps are bad so im not sure if this is a miscarriage at 4 weeks or not. I get blood drawn tmw too to see of that number drops to 0.

Your baby implants between 6-12 days after ovulation, and a lot of women have old blood that come out after their AF is due.
