Boyfriend chooses drinking over me !!!!

So I've had a really bad kidney infection all week and have been in pain !! My boyfriend told me we would chill tonight by ourselves ! A little later I was informed his friend was coming over for a few to just visit ... As of now they're both outside drinking and I'm laying in bed in pain .. Would this piss y'all off ?? I'm a little heated because he has done this to me before when I was sick and promised it would not happen again . Ladies tell me if I'm overreacting ???
