I'm 14 and have been fingered, tell me if this is bad or not? It wasn't with my boyfriend or anything it was kind of a one night stand and I feel used by him

I would personally say to leave anything sexual until when you have reached the age of consent (in my country it is 16). 
But people make different decisions. At the end of the day, you need to be the one to make those decisions and not rely on what other people think about it (this means don't worry if people think it's bad that you've done anything sexual, but also don't have sex if it's just because you think you'll fit in or be cool).
Do things when you're ready, because you don't want to regret it in the future, or like you said, feel used.
