Geritol

I started taking Geritol two months ago. First month I didn't have any changes in my cycle and still spotted 3 days before AF. This month I have not started spotting and I'm waiting for AF. Is it possible for Geritol to decrease spotting before a period or could I be pregnant? All the HPT's are reading BFN, but where is AF, spotting or my BFP?!?
