Can't believe I've made it this far!!
34 weeks 1 day! Our last baby was a 29 weeker! And we have made it so much farther with our twins. I remember finding out like it was yesterday!! So far..my BH contractions rarely happen but when they do..dear Jesus they are STRONG!! can't wait to meet these sweet babies!(:
