30 weeks 4 days been Hurtin and cramping to where it hurts to move at all went to labor and delivery found out I was having contractions and dilated 1cm gave me an IV to slow down the contractions but I still feel them and my private area hurts bad . Could I still be dilating and don't know . Will my baby be coming earlier then what she's suppose to
