31w 3d my symptoms which are yours?

I been feeling really hot to the point I get a head ache n need to take a cold shower to refreshen up also I have 4 days with severe diarreah water food anything gives me diarreah no ones sick at home so cnt be a stomach virus also when babie moves my left ovarie hurts bad and left rib too and have lost appetite and just so exhausted even if I don't do anything anybodie feeling like me I think it's all normal just diarreah is what has me worried
