Hey ladies...sorry for my absence ...I kept away from Glow a bit this month. Thought maybe not thinking as much about it would be a help but lo and behold I've started spotting this evening so I know what that means. Looks like I'll be moving on to month 6. Would be lying if I didn't say it's a little disheartening but just gotta keep my head up and move on! hope you ladies will have a better outcome! 💕
