What does bfp and af mean?

SNJ • Just to keep it blunt and not sound extremely selfish all I want to fulfill my happiness and feel important in this world is to have a baby with my fiancé, but of course I have worthless insides. :`(
There are so many abbreviations and some I can get whereas some I just really cant ... I know I sound stupid and should probably know them but I don't... Any help? Also others you may know I may not but can't think of would be much appreciated.... Thabk s in advance.
