I need some reassurance

Found out on Friday (October 16) that I am pregnant with my third. My doctors office told me to wait until Monday to get tested at their office to set an appointment. Everything this past week has been great until today. This morning I started spotting brown, in the afternoon pink and now at night it's red. I have a panty liner on and it's not getting soaked through. It's more when I wipe. I'm freaking out and really trying not to. My other two pregnancies were nothing like this. I am five weeks exactly today. Has anyone had this happen to them and are ok?
