How much caffeine r u ladies drinking?

I'm trying to avoid it unless I really need it. But I also don't really miss the coffee either. I'd like to find some kind of caffeine free tea to enjoy instead.

I weaned myself off of it. I used to drink 1-2 cups of coffee daily in the AM, and then a couple sodas throughout the week.

Now I have coffee or soda on a rare occasion. When I do I'll have 1 cup. I won't have a combo of caffeine in the day, soda + tea etc...

If I have a soda craving I drink Ginger ale. I love ginger ale! :-)

I stay around 200mg rarely going over. But I drink caffeine every single day because without it I get the worst headache by 1pm. Plus, I work at Starbucks sooooo

I opt for caffeine free options, if I go to Starbucks I get my frapps with no coffee and opt for milk or creme instead or get decaf. If I'm really needing a soda, I get caffeine free root beer. I didn't cut anything that I enjoyed out I just opted for the alternatives :)

None. It sucks being this tired at work and not being able to have a coke or anything,  but I'm so paranoid about it hurting the baby (I know you can have up to 200mg a day) that I just avoid it all together!  Buuut, I also wasn't dependant on it before pregnancy. I just miss Starbucks :C

I said none, but I wasn't a caffeine drinker before so I don't have the same desires for it. It just never did anything for me (I could drink a coffee or energy drink at night and go straight to sleep).
