Women who call their elected abortion of an unwanted pregnancy ( not tfmr) a miscarriage?

pregnancy ( not tfmr) a miscarriage?" /> Just read a party in cc where a girl had an elective abortion of an unverified baby but she tells people she had a miscarriage... For me,someone who has had a pregnancy loss a and knows the pain and registration that goes with it, it mocks the pain off those who have wanted a baby and has lost it..  I feel saying it was a miscarriage and not an elected abortion She is provoking a feeling of sorrow from people that's undeserved..  I would almost prefer her say she's never been pregnant ous she's "not wanting judgement" (her excuse).. This really irks me.. Does it anyone else?- i feel she should own up to her decision..

If she don't want to be judged she shouldn't tell anyone. It was her choice to terminate the pregnancy. You can't compare that to wanting to keep your child && experiencing loss.

Oh wow. It's definitely hurtful to those of us who have a experienced an unintentional pregnancy loss. I can't help but think this person may be describing it as a miscarriage in order to justify it to herself in some weird way, which is really sad.

I feel that whatever they choose to call it is there business. There's always a chance that if she calls it like it is, she'll be disowned, kicked out, beaten, or ostrisized. 
It may be harmful to those who have actually experienced it, but I am assuming that if someone is coming out to you that they didn't have a miscarriage and had an abortion than they probably consider you a friend and it's a good opportunity to not only comfort them, but also support them and talk about how such a 'lie' made you feel.
