Do your prenatal's make you nauseous?

I've notice my prenatals makes me extremely nauseous. I have to take them right before bed so if I do get nauseous at least I can lay down. Anyone else have this problem? I'm still early in my pregnancy 7.5weeks hoping it stops the further I am.

Anything with iron will make me nauseous and throw up even before pregnancy if taken on an empty stomach. I had to change to a gummy vitamin with no iron and that's helps a lot!

Mine don't make me nauseous but the only time I'm bloated now is after I take them.

Make sure to not take them with an empty stomach. If still nauseous, eat a yogurt or a cracker right after. If possible, don't get into a car/bus right after. Motion makes things worse.

I take one a day gel caps with a meal. Easy to get down of my stomach is upset and don't have to worry about the taste gagging me like with regular vitamins

I take the similac too and so far no issues. My sister in law is a nurse and she said to cut them in half and put them in the freezer. I have no Idea what that does but worth a shot I guess

I take Similac prenatal vitamins so far they are the only ones that don't make me nauseous I wish they were around for my other pregnancies
