Could this be pregnancy symptoms?

Hi all!

A little advice please...

So glow says I'm 1 dpo but I've had really sore breasts for 3 days and they feel slightly enlarged. Today I have a sicky feeling and can't seem to curb my hunger.

I also have lower abdominal aches.

Is this very early pregnancy symptoms or just normal hormones playing up?

Has anyone else had these symptoms?
