Gastro symptoms and feeling so tired--anyone else?

I was mostly dealing with consistent mild nausea.  About 9 weeks right now.  Last couple of days it seems to be a shift into gas, bloating, very mild stomach cramps, and just fatigue.  Anyone else having this phase?  This is my second baby.  I vaguely remember this but it seems like this time around the gas pains especially are more pronounced.  Surely if anything was wrong I would be having diarrhea and more severe symptoms?
