Dilemma

This is my fifth pregnancy and its already way different than any of my other ones... Friday morning I passed a clot had some bright red bleeding but nothing that filled a pad. The bleeding stopped and my doctor had me go in for blood work. Saturday I wipe and its a pinkish color then it stopped for the rest of the day. I just went to the bathroom and low and behold the pink is back.. Results came back and hcg levels are in normal ranges for 6 weeks. Need to do a follow up and ultrasound this week.. Anyone have this and everything was fine? Could this have possibly been a Subchorionic hematomas?
