Decreased movement?

I'm 22w4d & for the past 5 days my boy has been moving less, and the last 2 days his kicks have been a little lighter. I know I shouldn't worry because they have growth spurts and whatnot, but for 5 days? Should I be concerned? It's just not as frequent and it freaks me out.

I've been told my doctor that as long as you're feeling slight movements to not worry until 28 weeks. Because then at 28 weeks is when they become more active and you shoukd keep track of movement.

Your baby could be in a spot that is more difficult to feel. Some days the kicks are strong and feel all day long. Other days they are a light and feel less frequent
