UTIs?

Hey guys! So for the past couple years I've gotten quite a few UTIs. Any suggestions or tips on how 1) to prevent a UTI and 2) how to relieve UTI pain quickly (without buying a UTI pill that turns my pee orange?)

Make sure you pee within 15 minuets after having sex. If you forget to pee or if you think you might be about to get another UTI try drinking cranberry juice (not cranberry juice cocktail) and taking D-Manerose ( a natural sugar pill that can be found at your local health foods store).

What Mrs. Z said. You can also get them from drinking too much pop and wearing tight pants a lot. If you have a UTI go to the doctor ASAP. I let a UTI linger once and it turned Into a kidney infection. I had to go to the ER, was bed ridden for two weeks, almost failed my classes because I couldn't go to school, I was having feverish symptoms, I needed help merely walking to the bathroom. It was Hell!

You could also buy cranberry pills, I find those to work sooo well. You can get them at Walgreens for about $3 and they don't taste like anything really. But damn girl, I've had a UTI once and I couldn't bear it, idk how u deal with that

Cranberry juice! Also, always pee after sex and try to use wipes afterwords as well. Wipe front to back and that should help as well. If it continues, you might need a prescription from you doctor.
