Menstrual

I was 5mths without seeing a Menstrual cycle. I am now 4 weeks into my period yes I've been bleeding HEAVY for 4 weeks now... and in the 5 myths without my period I would spot 2 or maybe 3 days out of the month very light pink. has anyone been thru this .. Unfortunately rite now i have no insurance its a big reason why i havent seen a doctor its driving me insane!!!!!!!! Especially since I've been ttc.. for about 1 year now after my 1st miscarriage back in July 2014 . Any suggestions??
