Preterm labor question.

I was admitted Thursday evening with preterm labor. The contractions were stopped and I was able to come home on strict bedrest and pelvic rest. Even while I was in the hospital I didn't feel the contractions even though the monitor was saying they were a minute and a half apart. My tummy has been very tight on and off all day, should I go back. I'm 29w1d. Also has anyone else ever had preterm labor stopped and made it to term? They did the test to see if I was likely to go into labor in the next couple of weeks and it was positive, so I'm a little stressed out.
